Glass and aluminium
BGA Glass and Aluminium (Pty) Ltd supplies and installs aluminium garage doors, shop fronts, window frames, gates and glass fittings. The work is chosen for the security it adds, and for the way a slim aluminium frame finishes a house or a shop.
Aluminium is strong enough that the frame can stay narrow. That means sleeker lines, larger panes, and a clearer view between indoors and outdoors. It is unaffected by UV, it will not rot, rust or bend, and it stays looking new with ordinary cleaning.
It suits this climate. Damp, rain and hard sun do not warp, crack, discolour or rust it, and it is fireproof. We are based in Phalaborwa, Limpopo, and we work for clients here and in other provinces.
Why aluminium
Less material is needed to hold the pane, so profiles stay narrow and openings can be larger.
It handles damp, rain and harsh sunlight without warping, cracking, rotting or rusting.
UV does not fade it. Regular cleaning is enough to keep the finish looking as it did when it was fitted.
Doors and windows can be made wind, water and airtight, so rooms stay warmer and less draughty.

Pivot doors
Pivot doors are used where a leaf is too heavy for ordinary hinges. They rotate from pivots at the top and bottom, and they give a building a more considered entrance. Styles run from plain to patterned.
A protective overhang keeps the door out of the worst sun and rain. We keep a range in stock at prices set for local clients.
